Dermagevity™ provides the latest, most technologically advanced pump mechanism found in the Cosmeceutical industry. The pump on your Skinlastin™ product needs to be primed prior to your first application.
FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CLOSELY.
- Place your thumb or forefinger on the pump and press down repeatedly, as many as 10-20 times, until the cream dispenses for the first time.
- DO NOT OPEN the pump and separate it from the bottle. Doing so will potentially contaminate the formula and VOID the product guarantee.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8
Acetyl Hexapeptide deters the degeneration of collagen and elastin, smoothes the skin and reduces the depth of lines and wrinkles. Argireline® delivers superior anti-wrinkle results. It is a combination of amino acids formulated to relax facial wrinkles, reduce the degree of existing wrinkles, and stop their future development.
In clinical testing, an emulsion containing, Acetyl Hexapeptide (Argireline ®) was observed that severity of wrinkles around the eyes decreased up to 17% after 15 days, and up to 27% after 30 days.
Reduction of wrinkle depth
The top row illustrates the use of a placebo cream, while the bottom row illustrates the use of the molecule at a 10% inclusion rate. The three periods from left to right illustrates the measurements taken at day 0, day 15 and day 30.
Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-3 & Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (Matrixyl 3000)
Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-3 & Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 are capable of regulating cell activities which act in synergy to restore collagen I, III and IV and fibronectin to maintain the skin's youthful appearance. Fibroblasts are tiny cells throughout the collagen base which help to repair the collagen base by forming new tissue. Part of the fibroblasts job is to produce new collagen, an essential component of connective tissue.
In clinical tests, Matrixyl 3000® reduced the surface area occupied by deep wrinkles 44.9% on average. It encourages skin tissue to restore itself to a more youthful strength while promoting deep tissue repair. Collagen and elastin production is accelerated, skin appears softer and firmer, and elasticity is significantly improved.

SYN-AKE™
The efficacy of the SYN-AKE™ tripeptide (at a concentration of 0.5mM) has been demonstrated in vitro by measuring the frequency of contraction of the innervated muscle cell as a function of the incubation time. SYN-AKE™ peptide reduces muscle cell contraction and its action if reversible.

The measurement of the smoothing and anti-wrinkle effect of SYN-AKE™ (4%) was compared to a placebo. A cream was applied to the forehead twice daily during 28 days.
SYN-AKE™ - Age Killing Effect.
The smoothing effect (Ra) was measured on 80% of the volunteers and the anti-wrinkle effect (Rz, Rt) measured on 73% of the volunteers.
Results showed up to 52% of wrinkle size after 28 days application!

Protection against UV Radiation
A second in-vitro test was conducted on umbilical cord blood stem cellswith Malus Domestica stem which is the active component of Skin Stem
Cell Serum (Malus Domestica).
The protective effect against UV damage of Malus Domestica stem cell extract on UCBSC was evaluated by an MTS assay. UCBSC were
incubated with different concentrations of Malus Domestica stem cell extract for 24h and were then exposed to UV radiation. The MTS assay,
which measures the number of living cells and therefore the damagefrom UV, was performed 48h after UV radiation. Results showed the capacity of Malus Domestica stem cell extract cellextract to protect UCBSC from UV damage even at low concentrations.
AntiWrinkle Effect on “Crow’s Feet”
The anti-wrinkle effect of Skin Stem Cell Serum (Malus Domestica) was evaluated in a study with 20 volunteers aged from 37 to 64.
An emulsion containing 2% of Skin Stem Cell Serum (Malus Domestica) was applied twice daily for 28 days to the crow’s feet. Wrinkle depth
was determined by means of PRIMOS (phase-shifting rapid in vivo measurement of skin)..
Results showed a significant and visible decrease in wrinkle depth for 100 % of the subjects
